What We Currently Offer

ProLink specializes in ambulatory medical transport — providing comfortable, dignified transportation for patients who can walk with minimal or no assistance and can transfer into a standard vehicle independently or with light support.

Our Toyota Prius and RAV4 fleet is ideal for:

  • Seniors who walk with canes or walkers
  • Patients recovering from minor procedures
  • Those who need door-through-door assistance but don't require wheelchair lifts
  • Medical appointments, therapy, dialysis, and airport transfers

Every ride includes our certified drivers who provide:

  • Gentle assistance getting in and out of the vehicle
  • Door-through-door escort (from your front door to the reception desk)
  • Patience and understanding with mobility limitations
  • Safe, comfortable seating and climate control

We're expanding! In Q3 2026, ProLink will launch wheelchair-accessible transportation with a fleet of ADA-compliant vans equipped with ramps and securement systems.

This expansion means we'll soon be able to serve:

  • Manual wheelchair users
  • Power chair users
  • Patients with walkers who prefer not to transfer
  • Bariatric patients requiring specialized vehicles
  • Anyone needing full accessibility compliance
